CREATION OF COST SHARING AGREEMENTS

Your client is involved in a lawsuit in which the allegations of exposure span a number of years. It is possible that a number of different insurance policies provided by a number of different insurance carriers may be potentially invloved. We work with these different insurance carriers and fashion a cost sharing agreement that is equitable to all of the concerned parties and provides the client with the greatest amount of protection possible. We then work as the administrator of the agreement and insure its smooth operation.
