What is the H2Optima Mold Safe Program®?

H2Optima is a moisture damage and mitigation program to prevent and correct moisture damage in commercial buildings and large multi-unit residential properties with state-of-the-art mold detection techiniques. The Program includes an operations and maintenance program in which building personnel are properly instructed on responding to moisture events within the facility. A special feature of the program is that mold insurance coverage is available for both new construction and existing buildings that may require remediation of visible mold. Moreover, the Program uniquely covers third-party bodily injury and property damage claims and legal expense and defense costs.
