President of Breitstone & Co. Ltd., Mr. Breitstone has worked on large construction projects such as Universal Studios Florida, the Las Vegas Sands Hotel and Expo Center, and American Airlines Construction at JFK and Miami Airports.

Howard M. Tollin, Esq., J.D.
The managing director of the legal practice division of Breitstone & Co. Ltd., Mr. Tollin works with buyers and sellers of properties that are known or suspected to be environmentally contaminated by arranging for remediation services and financing. As a former partner at Rivkin Radler, L.L.P., he supervised large environmental insurance coverage litigations.

Rodney J. Taylor, J.D., P.E., CPCU, CLU, ARM

Keith W. Jurss
A partner in the Midwest office of Breitstone & Co. Ltd., Mr. Jurss specializes in structuring blended finite and risk transfer insurance programs for environmental applications. He has been instrumental in designing custom environmental insurance programs to transfer environmental risk for complex industrial facilities in the chemical, agricultural, energy/utility, municipalities, waste treatment and disposal, hazardous materials transportation, and civil construction industries. He has also utilized environmental insurance to facilitate mergers and acquisitions in commercial and industrial applications.
